Payment / Dispatch
All shipments sent by UNGER-FASHION.com are insured against theft and accidental damage. The insurance expires once you have received your delivery and signed your receipt.
We are unable to deliver to PO boxes and apologize for any inconvenience. For partial deliveries, the shipping rate is charged only once.
Orders are processed and shipped within our business hours. These are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 7 pm CET. Goods are ready to be shipped no later than one business day after receipt of payment.

TRACK AND TRACE
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can track the status of your parcel at any time using the link in the email. Registered customers can find the tracking link in the ‘My Account’ area. In case of returns, please keep the tracking number until you have been reimbursed with the paid amount.
PACKSTATION
Delivery by DHL to a Packstation is generally possible within Germany. Large parcels that do not fit your leased parcel compartment may need to be collected from a branch of Deutsche Post, a parcel shop, or a DHL Express depot. The use of DHL Packstations with "UPS Standard" or “City Courier" shipping methods is not possible.
