All deliveries shipped by UNGER-FASHION.COM are insured against theft and accidental damage. As soon as you have taken receipt of your delivery and confirmed this in writing, the insurance cover expires. In the event that you make a separate storage agreement ( e.g. desired location) with the delivering shipping company, please observe the shipping company's terms and conditions, which are independent of ours. In most cases, the shipping service provider does not assume liability.
We are unable to deliver to PO boxes and apologize for any inconvenience. For partial deliveries, the shipping rate is charged only once.
Orders are processed and shipped within our business hours. These are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 7 pm CET.

Delivery time: Delivery within 1-3 business days (no Saturday delivery) after proccessing by our logistics department. Proccessing and application for custom documents may take up to three business days.
Shipping within Europe is charged at a flat rate or free for orders above 500 €. Countries outside of Europe are subjected to shipment fees. For customers in third countries, taxes and other rates might apply.
Shipping costs for orders outside the EU (except European third countries) will not be refunded.

Standard shipping is free of charge within Germany for orders above € 300 and Express shipping is free of charge within Germany for orders above € 500.
TRACK AND TRACE
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can track the status of your parcel at any time using the link in the email. Registered customers can find the tracking link in the ‘My Account’ area. In case of returns, please keep the tracking number until you have been reimbursed with the paid amount.
Delivery by DHL to a Packstation is generally possible within Germany. Large parcels that do not fit your leased parcel compartment may need to be collected from a branch of Deutsche Post, a parcel shop, or a DHL Express depot. The use of DHL Packstations with "UPS Standard" or “City Courier" shipping methods is not possible.
