Exchange & Returns
Any item (including sale items) purchased from UNGER-FASHION.COM can be returned free of charge and without stating the reason.
You simply need to exercise your right of cancellation. To do so, provide us with a clear declaration, e.g. by email, fax or post within 28 days after delivery of the goods, stating your decision to cancel your contract declaration. We recommend using our sample cancellation form. After that, return the goods to us within 14 days and observe the following:
- All goods returned are unworn, have not been washed and are in perfect condition. Labels must not be removed.
- Briefs, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear. Returns may not be accepted if the strip has been removed or if the items are soiled, and may be sent back to the customer.
- The goods are returned with the same shipping provider that was used to deliver the parcel. Example: Order by DHL Express > Collection by DHL Express; Order by UPS > Return by UPS
We can only accept returns that fulfil all of the above conditions.

Within the cancellation period, you do of course also have the option of exchanging your order items (including sale items) for a different size free of charge.

Please be advised that the applicable conditions for returns must also be complied with in this case.
Please note that exchanges can only be made for the same item in a different size. Exchange for a different item is not possible. In this case, please return the item to be exchanged and place a new order for the desired item.
REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE
Refunds for returned items are exclusively made according to the original payment method. Please understand that, for security reasons, we cannot transfer refunds to other accounts or credit cards. We will process and check your returned goods immediately upon receipt and refund the amount on the same day, where possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned items. Please note that, due to different credit institutions, bank transfers may be subject to delays.
Shipping costs for orders outside the EU (except European third countries) will not be refunded.
We will issue a new voucher for all returned items purchased with same.
