CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXATION WITHIN THE EU

Goods shipped within the European Union are not subjected to any additional taxes or customs duties. The prices and shipping costs include the statutory value-added tax at the applicable rate and are given as gross prices.

EU MEMBER STATES

Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus (southern part).

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXATION FOR NON-EU MEMBER STATES

When you log into your customer account, the prices for your country are automatically displayed in the shop. You can use the ‘Login’ button (at the top of the homepage) to log into your account or to create a new account. If your primary residence is located in a third country and we offer delivery to the corresponding address, you will always pay the net amount at www.unger-fashion.com.

Import sales tax and any customs duties or processing fees must be paid directly to our service partner (e.g. DHL Express, Airport Courier, Federal Express). Please note that we are not able to reimburse you for these costs in case of returns.
