Exchange & Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 28 days from the day after you receive it. You can find more information in our T&Cs.
Please not the following:
- All goods returned are unworn, have not been washed and are in perfect condition. Labels must not be removed.
- Briefs, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear. Returns may not be accepted if the strip has been removed or if the items are soiled, and may be sent back to the customer.
- The goods are returned with the same shipping provider that was used to deliver the parcel. Example: Order by DHL Express > Collection by DHL Express; Order by UPS > Return by UPS
We can only accept returns that fulfil all of the above conditions.

If you would like to repeal your contract of purchase, you may choose one of the following two options:
Your repeal of purchase will automatically take effect if you return within 28 days as indicated above.
2. REPEAL OF PURCHASE IN WRITTEN OR OVER THE PHONE
You have 14 days after delivery to repeal your contract of purchase in written form by sending us an email, fax or letter, or over the phone. Once you informed us, please return the items within 14 days.
Within the cancellation period, items can be exchanged for a different size, free of charge (including sale items).

Please be advised that these items must also comply with the above-mentioned return conditions.
Please note that exchanges can only be made for the same item in a different size. Exchanging with a different item is not possible. If you wish to do so, please return the item and place a new order for the item of your desire.
REFUND FOR PURCHASED ITEMS
Refunds for returned items are exclusively made according to the original payment method. Please understand that, for security reasons, we cannot transfer refunds to other accounts or credit cards. We will process and check your returned goods immediately upon receiving them and refund the amount on the same day, if possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the return. Please note that, due to different credit institutions, bank transfers may be subject to delays.
We will issue a new voucher for all returned items purchased by the same method.
